((dude idc, My clan is it's haku's clan. I just add on to it. Idc if my clan isn't. I made my clan first. Get over yourself and live with it. Ok a village doesn' need jutsu. You could leader the main branch of my clan that controls ice/water, but that is it. ))

(Dude o well, your fault for picking it. When my clan was right above your post. I told you, you can be apart of my clan and lead over the main branch. Then anyone who wants in your village, can have the bloodline,and the jutsu that omes with it. not that hard. )

(what about the ice style from the real series?)

(The Koori clan has two Branchs. Main branch Controls Water/ice,and the side branch controls Snow. I'm the leader of the Side branch and the clan. you can lead the Main branch under the clan leader(Me) and make the main branch stay in your village)
